IZ 1400 HDPE is a high-performance patrol boat, designed and developed in cooperation with the Turkish Marine Police to operate in a wide range of maritime environments. Surrounded by a foam-filled HDPE fender system with watertight sections, the vessel offers exceptional buoyancy, structural strength and safety, making her virtually unsinkable. Its innovative and extremely durable HDPE hull provides outstanding impact resistance, making her capable of withstanding heavy hits and collisions while also protecting the vessel in the event of grounding. Thanks to the unique properties of HDPE, the IZ 1400 requires no painting, hull maintenance, or wintering throughout its operational lifetime, which is more than 30 years.
